I’ve used Google to search for a solicitor to give me advise and how to deal with an allegation of hate crime made against me. My call was answered promptly and enquiry details first noted by the call handler to be ble to direct to relevant personel. Michael guided me through the process of free advice, whilst making me aware of recording the conversation and took a comprehensive overview of the situation and context of circumstances, leading to the coversation where the ‘victim’ alleges for the hate crime to have occured. I am not in a position to pay solicitor fees that could be incurred, i do however trust the depth and skills that could be offered to me, if I should need assistance with statements and remaining guarded against allegations by undertaking partnership with representation. Michael has reassured me of the seriousness of the allegation made against me and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again to summons up repreaentation, IF Police enquiries were to be followed up with arrest for interview. Communication has been thorough and recapped about my own rights and how i can hinder myself or be helped. Michael, i wish to thank for holding a gentle, well advised conversation with me.
