Senior Management Team
Michael founded Kidwells Solicitors in 2008 and has over 19 years of legal experience across England and Wales, advising clients including solicitors, barristers, and high-profile individuals. Michael has founded several businesses and brings expertise in business start-up, expansion, and turnaround, alongside extensive experience advising in all areas of crime. Michael is a qualified Ocean Yacht Master, pilot of aeroplanes and helicopters, skydiver, and diver. Outside of work, Michael enjoys work!
Sarah is based in the Hereford office and began her journey at Kidwells in 2017. Sarah has over two decades worth of experience working within a law firm, and over 8 years at Kidwells. Sarah has a meticulous eye for detail, which allows her to ensure that all the Kidwells team are up to date with the best quality training, working efficiently and that the business is organised.
Alan is based in the Bristol office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2020. Alan founded several companies, building them from concept, and is now using his experience in business to support clients with their legal matters. In Alan’s spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, keeping active and spending time with his family.

Abby is based in the Hereford Office and joined Kidwells in 2021. Abby has a First Class Law Degree, as well as having completed both her master’s degree and LPC. Abby is a qualified solicitor and is Director of the Crime and Family Departments at Kidwells. Abby specialises in all manner of both Family and Criminal Matters, from representing clients in Police Interview and the Magistrates Court, to assisting clients in Family Court and NCDR.

Garry is based in Kidwells’ Bristol office. With over 25 years’ experience in dealing with commercial and technology matters, Garry acts for clients on a variety of technology matters – from small businesses looking to promote and grow their tech offerings, to international companies looking to invest in their global technology requirements and licensing needs. Garry has an IT background and is certified in Prince2 Agile project management.
Lorna is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2021. She holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Graphic & Media Design and a Distinction in a Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship. With marketing experience since 2019, Lorna leads the overall marketing strategy at Kidwells Solicitors. Her role focuses on delivering key projects and applying her broad expertise across multiple areas of marketing.
Jodie is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2024, she has a 2:1 in Applied Animal Science with Therapy and has completed her PCGE for primary school. Jodie works as our Business Support Manager, overviewing the practice compliance and support staff. As well as this, she is our Anti Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
Caitlin is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in January 2022. Caitlin studied at Cardiff University, achieving a First Class degree in Law and Criminology and then went on to study her LPC and master’s degree at The University of Law. Caitlin completed her training contact at Kidwells and is a qualified solicitor working in the Family and Crime departments.
Jake is based primarily in the Hereford office but also works from the Bristol office depending on client needs. He joined Kidwells in 2023 and holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England and is currently completing the LPC before qualifying as a Solicitor. He has worked in the legal industry since 2023. Now a Trainee Solicitor, Jake specialises in Litigation and Private Client matters while managing cases and leading the team to deliver high standards of client care.

Molly is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a First-Class degree in Law and Criminology and, since graduating in 2023, has gained valuable legal experience. Molly is a Trainee Solicitor within the firm and is currently studying the LPC to qualify as a solicitor. Molly specialises in both Private Client and Employment law, where she directly supports her Client base, offering bespoke support in a range of matters.
Tianna is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2024. She holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Law and is studying towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. Tianna first began her journey in Conveyancing back in 2020, and now handles a varied caseload including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages.

Sofya is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. After graduating with an LLB , Sofya went on to complete the SQE, and achieved an LLM in Legal Practice. With several work experiences in different areas of law since 2021, Sofya is working towards qualifying as a commercial solicitor.
Elizabeth is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2024 after graduating from the University of Exeter with an LLB (Hons) in Law. She currently works as a Paralegal in the Commercial Department to further her experience. Elizabeth hopes to secure a training contract and complete the SQE as part of her professional development.
Laura is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2024. She is currently working towards her Level 3 Paralegal qualification and will then move on to her Level 5 Solicitors qualification. Laura worked at Kidwells between 2010 and 2018 as a legal secretary before moving into the Housing Sector, and has returned to Kidwells to progress her legal career working in the Family and Crime Departments.
Damilola is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells Solicitors in 2026. He holds an LLB and LLM and is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria, with plans to sit the SQE in due course, associate member ACIArb UK. Damilola has worked in the property sector since 2018 and specialises in this area.
Madeline is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025 after completing the Bar Practice Course, achieving a High Distinction, from the University of Law Bristol Campus. In 2024, Madeline graduated from the University of Exeter with an LLB (Hons) in Law. She currently works as a Paralegal in the Commercial Department to further her practical experience. Madeline hopes to secure a pupillage as part of her professional development.
Lily is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a LLB Hons in Law with Forensic Psychology and is currently working in the Litigation and Private Client department as a paralegal. Her role focuses on assisting in matters, liaising with clients, and providing support to the team.
Elliot is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. He holds a 2:1 LLB (Hons) in Law and hopes to secure a training contract and qualify as a solicitor. He works in the Commercial team looking to further his experience within the law.
Rebecca is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2026. She holds a LLB (Hons) degree and has achieved Advanced Paralegal (MCILEX) status with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Rebecca has over 5 years of Residential Conveyancing experience, ranging from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to remortgages and transfers of equity.
Alexandra is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She obtained a 2:1 Law LLB (Hons) Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and gained valuable experience at a boutique firm in London. Currently she is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Kidwells, providing essential support to the conveyancing team. Looking forward, Alexandra wishes to pursue the SQE.
Teal is based in the Hereford Office and joined Kidwells in 2026. Teal is a Law graduate from the University of Manchester with experience in supporting clients with mediation and family contact. Teal is a Paralegal in the Family & Crime Department and liaises with clients, assists with matters, and provides support to the team. Whilst Teal is currently building her legal skills and knowledge, she eventually hopes to qualify as a solicitor.
Humaira is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2026 as a Conveyancing Paralegal. She completed an LLB (Hons) in 2024 and has since gained experience in Litigation as well as Residential and Commercial Property. Humaira is an aspiring solicitor and hopes to obtain a training contract in the near future.
Abi is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2026. She is a Chartered Legal Executive and has worked in the legal industry since 2016. Abi started her career as a Legal Secretary at a fintech company, while training towards her qualification and has now been qualified for four years. She specialises in Commercial law, bringing with her a broad range of experience gained throughout her career.
Elise is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. With commercial experience in both the legal and real estate sectors since 2022, Elise Supports the wider commercial team in their day-to-day functions.
Emmy is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a First Class Law LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England and is pursuing part-time postgraduate legal research whilst working in the industry.
Denise is based in the Bristol office and joined the firm in February 2026. She began her legal career in 2010 as a receptionist at Caversham Solicitors, where she was soon invited to support the busy conveyancing department. There, she built extensive hands‑on experience and developed a strong understanding of the conveyancing process. Denise enjoys supporting both the team and clients, and values the practical knowledge she has gained throughout her career.
Zermineh is based in the Bristol office and joined the firm in April 2026. She holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent, as well as an LLM in Legal Practice from the University of Law. She is currently working towards qualifying as a practising solicitor, with a particular interest in commercial transactions across a broad range of legal areas. Zermineh is keen to explore different practice areas and to develop a well-rounded, comprehensive understanding of legal practice.
Amber is based in our Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. Amber has achieved LLB (Hons) Law Degree and hopes to secure a training contract and complete her SQE. As a Family & Crime Assistant she provides support to her fee earners, such as organising schedules and any preparation necessary.
Based in our Bristol office, Jessica joined Kidwells in 2025 following her graduation from the University of the West of England with an LLB (Hons) Law. During her studies, she discovered a particular passion for commercial and intellectual property law, areas in which she is eager to deepen her knowledge and practical expertise. Jessica is now committed to developing her professional skills within the firm as she progresses towards securing a training contract.
Jenni is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Paralegal handling personal injury claims. In her current role, Jenni provides support to the compliance team.
India is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2026. She developed her professional experience within the health and social care sector, gaining a broad range of skills across frontline care, senior support roles, and quality-focused positions. With a strong background in governance, compliance, and quality assurance, India brings a detail-oriented and risk-aware approach to her work. She supports the firm’s legal services through the production of accurate documentation and by ensuring processes align with professional and regulatory standards. India remains committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
Eve joined Kidwells in 2026 as a Compliance Executive in the Hereford office. After completing her A Levels and studying at the University of Worcester, she began her career in sales, where she developed strong communication and organisational skills. Keen to move into a more detail-focused and regulated environment, she transitioned into the legal sector. This is her first role in law, and she is excited to support the compliance team while continuing to develop her knowledge and experience.
Paige is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a NVQ Level 1 in Catering, her role focuses on answering phones, greeting clients through the doors, and making sure the board rooms are ready for conferences.
Patrycja joined Kidwells in 2025, bringing a strong academic foundation from her degree in Biomedical Science at the University of the West of England. Her scientific background has equipped her with analytical precision and attention to detail, qualities she applies daily in supporting the firm’s solicitors and clients. Having developed a particular interest in medical malpractice, Patrycja is passionate about combining her scientific knowledge with her growing understanding of the law. She is dedicated to expanding her legal expertise and progressing her career with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor in the future.
Ryan joined Kidwells in 2025 and is based in the Hereford office. After achieving successful A Level results, including Law, he began his legal career supporting the team with case preparation and client communication. Ryan is working towards further qualifications with the goal of becoming a fee earner and is committed to developing his skills and contributing to the firm’s legal services.
Charlotte is based in Bristol office and joined Kidwells in September of 2025 as a Legal Secretary. After graduating from the University of the West of England with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Criminology, she chose to start her pathway into law and hopes to secure an apprenticeship within the company to eventually become a qualified solicitor.
Molly is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2026 after graduating from the University of Worcester with an LLB (Hons) in Law. She is at the beginning of her legal career, working as a Legal Secretary and supporting all areas of the firm. While she has a particular interest in Family Law developed during her studies, she is currently focused on developing her skills and growing professionally within her role.
Adam is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. He holds a Merit MA (Hons) in Applied Criminology and Criminal Justice and a 2:2 BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Criminology. His role focuses on Financial Compliance ensuring Kidwells is compliant with financial compliance regulations and conducting thorough checks on clients’ source of funds.
Matthew is based in the Hereford Office and began his journey at Kidwells in late 2024. After working in the retail banking industry, Matthew has pursued to expand his career into Finance. In Matthew’s spare time, he is an active runner and enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Katy is based at the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds equivalent to 3 A-levels in Health and Social care, which she studied for 2 years. This will be Katy’s first role in the industry and she is looking forward to progressing within the company. Currently, Katy works within our onboarding and compliance team, her role entails ensuring our clients meet regulatory standards and are compliant with money laundering regulations.
Dan is based in the Hereford office and began his journey at Kidwells in 2025. After graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Financial Economics, he has continued his professional development, completing a Masters in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham. In Dan’s spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with friends and family.
Freya is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Linguistics from the University of Manchester. As a Finance Assistant, Freya supports the firm’s legal services by helping maintain smooth financial operations and providing timely assistance to the legal team.
Tom joined Kidwells Solicitors in 2026 and holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Exeter in Business Management. As a Finance Assistant, he supports the firm’s legal services by helping to maintain efficient financial operations and ensuring processes run smoothly. Tom works closely with colleagues across the firm, providing reliable and timely support to the wider team and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the finance function.
Rees is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. He has worked in Client Relations across different industries, gaining a wealth of knowledge. Rees has a passion for delivering integrity, efficiency, and professionalism that create real, lasting results. As well as this, he believes in simple yet meaningful communication – something AI can’t compete with.
Grace is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She recently completed sixth form, where she studied Psychology, Sociology, and Biology. With aspirations of becoming a Solicitor, Grace joined Kidwells to gain experience within the legal industry. She currently works in the Client Relationship team, acting as the first point of contact for conveyancing clients, providing updates, quotes, and support, as well as assisting with the Partnership Panel.
Louis is based in our Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2025. Louis graduated with a 2:1 in Law from the University of Bristol this year and is new to the industry having recently jumped over from the Hospitality sector. Louis is one of our Client Relationship Executives and is responsible for maintaining communication with clients throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring that their experience is as seamless as possible.
Sarah is based in the Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2026. She has worked in the legal industry since 2021 and holds an LLB and an LLM in International Commercial Law. As a Client Relationship Executive, she facilitates communication between clients and fee earners, ensuring swift and reliable coordination throughout the conveyancing process. Sarah is committed to delivering a professional and efficient service for every client and colleagues daily.
Grace is based in our Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2026. She holds a 2:1 LLB and is currently pursuing her LLM, with the ambition of qualifying as a solicitor. As a Client Relationship Executive, Grace plays a key role in supporting clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring clear communication and delivering a smooth, seamless client experience.
Jade is based in our Bristol office and joined Kidwells in 2022. She began her journey with the firm as a Legal Secretary and has since advanced to take on the roles of Business Development and Office Manager. Jade plays a key part in the day-to-day running of the Bristol office, supporting both clients and colleagues while helping to drive the firm’s continued growth and success.
Billy is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2022. After achieving a Distinction in his Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, he is now completing a Level 6 Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship. With over three years’ experience, Billy manages Kidwells’ social media, assists with website design, and takes a lead in all photography and videography across the firm, helping to promote the Kidwells Group and increase brand visibility.
Simon is a Web Developer who joined Kidwells in 2023. He is a qualified graduate of the Northcoders Coding Bootcamp and holds an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Coding. Simon brings over 20 years of problem-solving experience to his role, specialising in building custom, secure websites that enhance the firm’s digital services.
Frances is based in our Hereford office and visits Bristol weekly. She joined Kidwells in 2023 and is our HR Manager, overseeing HR operations including fleet, recruitment, equipment, and office maintenance. Alongside her role, Frances is studying for her Level 5 People Professional qualification, due for completion in late 2025.
Lucy is based in the Hereford office and joined Kidwells in 2025. She holds a 2:1 BA in History, and this is her first role in the industry. Her role focusses on training and equipment, as well as supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
