We are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property Valuer to join our growing estate agency team. You will be managed by out Senior Management team and be office based in our Hereford office but be able to travel and support in our other offices also.
This is a key role within the business, carrying out accurate property valuations, building strong relationships with vendors and converting market appraisals into successful listings.
The successful candidate will be confident, commercially minded and passionate about property. You will have excellent knowledge of the local property market and a proven ability to win instructions and deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out professional and accurate residential property valuations and market appraisals.
- Provide vendors with informed advice on property pricing, marketing and current market conditions.
- Attend for viewings as and when required
- Generate new business through valuations, prospecting, referrals, networking and local market activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the local residential property market.
- Negotiate effectively to secure new instructions and achieve agreed sales objectives.
- Follow up valuations and prospective instructions promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of valuations, instructions and client activity on the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, company procedures and industry standards.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Residential Valuer, Property Valuer, Lister, Senior Negotiator or similar estate agency role.

- Strong knowledge of the local residential property market.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own diary effectively.
- A genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
