We have simplified our contact methods, using digital methods as much as possible. As well as being more socially responsible, it means our service is quicker and more efficient for our clients.
This also means there is less confusion on which contact method is best.
For Enquiries and New Clients
Our contact methods for enquiries hasn’t changed. If you have an enquiry, the best way to contact us is by phone call or via the website chat or contact forms. Our team can reply more quickly if you leave details and a phone number so that we can call you back.
Here’s more information on what happens after you contact us.
Our DX and Fax Services Are Ending
As a social responsibility, Kidwells will no longer have the facility of the Document Exchange (DX). Instead, documents are to be scanned and emailed to Kidwells with effect from 25 May 2020. We will not be accepting service of documentation. All documents to be served will have to be served via the first-class postal service or courier.
We are contacting those who regularly use the DX service to post to us, to inform them that we now require documents either by email or regular post to our office. Chances are, if you are not familiar with DX, then you won’t be affected by the service ceasing.
We are also ceasing our fax number as documents can be sent by email, instead.
