Today Kidwells Law Solicitors has employed its fifth apprentice in two years. This is something that we are very proud of.
All our apprentices to date have gone on to be employed full-time within the firm.
At Kidwells we consider the Apprenticeship scheme an opportunity to meet and develop enthusiastic individuals who grow into valuable members of our team. When the scheme was first introduced the scheme was viewed as a chance to introduce young people to work. We see it as so much more. It is a chance to harness the potential of those who choose not to follow the traditional qualification route and prefer to learn through experience.
We have been lucky enough to have apprentices in every part of our business including law, marketing and accounts and have some great success stories.
An example of this is in our Family Law Department. where we have an individual who has now begun her journey to being a qualified Legal Executive. After attaining her Business Administration qualification she went on to become a Legal Secretary before moving into a Legal Assistant role. Now being supported by us, she is undertaking further qualifications.
We have also had the pleasure of assisting the entrepreneurial spirits of an apprentice who came to us with their own business venture which we were eager to encourage and provide patronage. Kidwells continues to proudly work alongside them, gaining advantages from their business with their very clear understanding of how our own company works and runs.
We are very proud of all our apprentices and what they achieved and feel privileged to be a part of building their future.
