Amy Jones, Our work experience student, Writes of her time at Kidwells

I am a student on an ILEX Level 3 course and was lucky enough to spend two days work experience with Kidwells. My first impression of this firm was that it was a happy and calm environment. All members of staff were extremely professional and willing to answer any questions I had. I felt at ease as soon as I walked through reception.

It was clear to see that Kidwells staff are like a family, they all have time for each other and help each other with difficult aspects. I was impressed when Michael told me that there is a Pro Bono department as this shows that the firm really care about their clients. I spent most of my time with Michael and I couldn’t believe how he managed to multi task so well and always knew what he needed to do next. I also spent some time with the Employment department which I found interesting as I am not so familiar in this area of law.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with this firm, everyone was extremely welcoming and had time to show me what they do. I really enjoyed my time at Kidwells and it has made me realise that I would like a career in law.

Thank you to everyone at Kidwells for a great experience.
